LDI Dial-Around
LDI offers a rate of 7.9¢ per minute on state-to-state calls placed
using its carrier access code, 24 hours a day.
A two-minute minimum applies to each call, as well as a $3.95 monthly fee.
LDI Direct Bill
LDI offers a rate of 7.9¢ per minute on state-to-state calls
for customers who contact LDI to pre-subscribe to its service,
with no monthly fee.
Calls are billed in 6-second increments with a 6-second minimum.
(Intra-state rate in California is 4.9¢ per minute.)
