Calls over 1500 minutes and calls made during the day are

both state-to-state and in-state calls) for a $14.95 monthly fee
less a $2 credit for online billing.
State-to-state calls after the first 200 minutes are billed
at 10¢ a minute.
This plan includes 250 minutes of state-to-state calls
for a $9.95 monthly fee
less a $2 credit for online billing.
Calls over 250 minutes are billed
at 7¢ a minute.
State-to-state calls are 4¢ a minute with a $29.95
annual fee, which
the rate calculator treats as a $2.50 per month fee.
However, the full amount of the annual fee is charged even if you are
subscribed to the program for only part of a year.
Qwest customer service has been saying that it is phasing
this plan out since November 1998, but it remains
available as of August 2001.
Identical rates and service are available using the
1010432 access code.
The Just Dial 10-100-56 rate for interstate calls
is 16¢ per minute
subject to a 5 minute minimum and a 25¢ surcharge.
This service is promoted on a dial-around basis.
This allows you to selectively use this service by prefixing
your calls with the 7-digit access code.
Improperly using this access code with local calls will result in charges
being incurred for calls that might otherwise be non-billable.
